The seven-foot-tall player from the Bahamas, DeAndre Ayton, paid $2.15 million for the nearly 6,100-square-foot house, according to public real estate records.
Ayton’s new home in the valley home comes with five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a gym, big stone backyard landscaping and a steel pool feature.
The Sun’s No. 1 draft pick in 2018, DeAndre Ayton, purchased the modern home with neon green accents in Paradise Valley within the last 30 days. The house had been on the market since 2016. Originally listed for $2 million, after some improvements, the price was raised to $2.2 million.
Real estate agent Dan Gonen with RE/MAX Excalibur took over the listing in April.
“It’s a really interesting home in a great neighborhood,” Gonen said.
DeAndre Ayton was the Arizona Wildcats star forward before being picked by the Suns. Urologist Dr. Shawn Blick and his wife Anna sold the contemporary home.
